How to export dimensions from BikeCAD to setup Benchmark Frame Fixtures
Frame fixture travel limits
BENCHMARK 1.1
The Benchmark frame jig utilizes standard bicycle frame dimensions for setup read in millimeters on the scales as indicated below. The head tube is located horizontally (X) and vertically (Y) from the bottom bracket center. The effective chain stay length and bottom bracket drop locate the rear axle.
Angles are set INDEPENDENTLY of these values for easy adjustment. A digital angle finder (sold separately), allows quick and accurate setting of the seat tube and head tube angle WITHOUT needing to adjust the previously set distances.

Head tube cones allow the Benchmark frame fixture to be quickly setup for various head tube diameters. Just make sure the bottom of your head tube aligns with the Benchmark concentric pivot indicator.
Benchmark Frame fixtures come standard with BSA threaded bottom bracket compatibility. Compensating for various bottom bracket widths is simple using the provided table of offset values or the centerline distance.
BENCHMARK PRO
The BENCHMARK PRO frame fixture utilizes standard bicycle frame dimensions for setup read in millimeters on the scales as indicated below. Interchable head tube pucks allow a single part replacement without recalibration to change between smaller and larger head tubes effortlessly
An engraved scale on the bottom bracket post allows a direct readout of the where the pucks should be for each standard shell width size with 1mm graduations for off standard widths. Simply line up the puck at the desired value and lock down using the retaining puck.
